Duchenne Research and Physical Therapy Update – Parent Sessions

 

CureDuchenne and the Duchenne Therapy Network are pleased to announce two upcoming parent education sessions featuring a Duchenne research and physical therapy update on September 27 in San Jose, Calif., and on October 17 in Mesa, Arizona. 

CureDuchenne Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Mike Kelly will present the most current updates on Duchenne muscular dystrophy research. Jennifer Wallace, a physical therapist and founder of the Duchenne Therapy Network will be addressing physical therapy; stretching programs; recommendations for equipment, activity and school modifications.

These informative and interactive sessions are for Duchenne parents and caregivers.  There will be a Q&A session after both presentations.
